Choose what you eat wisely

Choosing wisely what you eat is what your body and mind need. Eating healthy on your daily basis is part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy is good for your body and for your mind, they say eating healthy helps you to think well and fast. Healthy eating helps you to reach and maintain a healthy weight , reduce risks of chronic diseases and promote your overall health.
When we say you are eating healthy you must include high quality proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins, a water in a food you take mean while minimizing processed foods, saturated fats and alcohol. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain sodium than canned ,  than the fats and salt in chips.
One of the reasons for people not to eat healthy is that they say eating healthy is expensive where else is not. What they don't know is that when you eat food that is nourishing, you need less because you are giving your body the nutrients it requires and you are satisfied with small portions. Poor eating patterns are just too much expensive in so many ways, because eating and drinking food that is loaded with sugar and artificial sweetness will cause you to eat more.
South African health department still has the long way to go in dealing with this issue and convincing people about healthy eating. People may know the importance of healthy eating but may not know how well. People need to take healthy eating more serious they are now because it can save lives and money.
If you want to lead a healthy lifestyle, you have to start eating healthy starting from today. I suggest you stop eating food with lots of fats. Love your body and eat healthy.
